The development model for the Cabrillo booth along with some cutting paths

Chris Yonge and StudioCruz work in Rhinoceros to develop accurate vector cutting paths for the production of CNC and laser cut slot together furniture and large items. These are examples of work designed for Cabrillo College and made on their CNC router with Payson McNett, director of the Makerspace.
The design of slot together furniture calls for the use of specialized joints, some of which are shown in this downloadable PDF. The assembly of the large booth is described in this PDF file.
