| This animation was made for a client of Matteoni, O'Laughlin & Hechtman of San Jose for an eminent domain case heard in Fresno. The large scale map was shown at the outset to familiarize the jurors, all from the Fresno area, with the location of the property under discussion. Once the property was fully on screen the boundaries, proposed development, constraints upon that development, and impact of the 500 kV power line in dispute, were sequentially shown.
