| Built in Adobe AfterEffects and compressed in QuickTime, this thirty second looping piece for US Solar & Wind Synergies has as its main element an animation developed from a SketchUp model. Since SketchUp only supports camera animation, not object animation, the spinning vertical axis wind turbine action had to be created from a series of individual renderings, turning each rotor a few degrees between each shot in the manner of a traditional stop-motion movie. |
